Frank Mascagni

Frank Mascagni, III was born in Greenville, Mississippi in the late 1940s. After graduating from University of Louisville School of Law in 1976, he served as Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, prosecuting white collar crimes and career criminals before entering private practice in 1979. Frank devotes the majority of his practice to criminal law defense in state and federal courts, handling a variety of litigation—from DUI jury trials to defense of death penalty cases.

Christian Mascagni

Christian Mascagni was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and is the eldest son of Frank Mascagni. After graduating from University of Louisville School of Law in 2003 , he served as a state prosecutor for over three years before entering private practice. In addition to criminal law, Christian also handles plaintiff’s personal injury claims.
